Q12: What if I have a quality complaint after receiving the goods?

A: We take all complaints seriously. In the rare event of a quality issue:

1. Please notify us immediately with clear photos/videos and the relevant batch numbers.

2. We will investigate the issue promptly with the mill and our QC records.

3. We will work with you to find a fair and swift solution, which may include replacement, compensation, or a discount on future orders, as per our agreement.
